The Juniper EX4300 is a fixed-configuration 1U switch for campus access/aggregation and data center top-of-rack deployments. Its standout feature is 40GbE QSFP+ ports for Virtual Chassis stacking (320 Gbps backplane, up to 10 switches mixed with EX4600) — enabling high‑bandwidth, low‑latency interconnect without dedicated stacking modules. The multigigabit model (EX4300-48MP) adds MACsec AES-256 and 100M/1/2.5/5/10GbE ports with PoE++ (up to 95W per port), while all models support 12 QoS hardware queues and optional uplink modules (4 x 10GbE SFP+ or 2 x 40/100GbE QSFP28). Juniper Mist Wired Assurance brings AI-driven cloud management and ZTP.
